Paralegal Family Law Opportunity
Paralegal – Freedom Law Maroochydore are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join their highly successful team.
We are a boutique family law firm providing exclusive family law advice and representation to local, interstate and international clients under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and domestic violence legislation. We appear in all Federal Circuit Courts and Family Courts in Australia and promote the guidelines for practitioners acting for family law clients. Our firm has always been a leader in amongst family law firms for case management and client satisfaction with our paperless file system, absence of dictation and immediacy of response times to client and court needs.
The role is available for consideration as a full-time or part-time.
As part of our team, the successful candidate will enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and our friendly work environment.
The successful candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 year’s recent experience as a Family Law Paralegal;
2. Experience in processing Legal Aid Queensland Grants and Claims;
3. Superior written and oral communication skills;
4. Superior client, file and self management skills;
5. A sound knowledge of family law courts processes;
6. A superior ability to follow the directions of our Accredited Family Law Specialist and work from those directions autonomously.
